the correct answer is usually the longest or the most specific.
the latter half of the questions doesn't take the setting into account, it's reinventing technologies that would already be there

Note on the Germ Theory item: "65-70 C briefly" is incorrect. 65 C would need around 10 minutes while 70 C (HTST) needs only around 30 seconds because of the incredible sensitivity change of bacteria to temperature across that critical range.
